Simultaneous Online Users are the total amount Users that can be present in all of your chatrooms at any point in time

for example if your plan has capacity of 10,000 Simultaneous online users and 1 chatroom than 10,000 users can be present in that chat chat room at any point in time

If you have 2 chatrooms than total amount of users in both the chatrooms cannot exceed 10,000 at any point in time.

4. Is Dead Simple Chat free to use?

Yes we offer a free forever plan. Anyone can signup and use it for free as long as they wish. If you want to have more users you are welcome to upgrade to a paid plan.
